We have options to tailor to your needs whether this is your 1st or 50th event.
Note that listed pricing below is for events up to half marathons including 1 mile - 12 mile events. For events of 13.1 (half marathon) miles or longer, we will work to stay within your reasonable budget. This listed pricing is also considering a SINGLE TIMING POINT. Additional timing points will incur an additional fee.
Timing Services (required) - $1400 - This all-inclusive package is for events and includes the first 300 registrants. Also included is an Inflatable start/finish arch, finish line chute (pedestrian barrier), large timing clock, video of finish line, PA system for announcements, placement of course signage (if needed), printout and uploading of finishers to RaceRoster or RunSignup. Non-Traditional Races (races that require timing services all day or longer will be charged additional depending on length of event)
Event planning assistance / website build on RunSignup or Race Roster (optional) - $500.00
Per registered participant chip fee for each registrant over 300 (required) - $2.50/per registrant
-Travel expense (required) - $1.00 / per mile traveled outside of Fayette County, KY (Lexington, KY)
-Custom Bibs (optional) - $0.85 / per bib
