FOR RACE DIRECTORS & EVENT ORGANIZERS
We are a timing company, not an event planning company.
We specialize in race timing, and we take pride in doing it exceptionally well. Any event planning needs must be discussed, agreed upon, and negotiated into the price before you book our services. Planning is not included in a timing booking.
Race day demands our full attention. Starts, participant data, timing equipment, and results keep our team fully occupied. Additional duties pull that attention away from timing and can jeopardize the quality of the work you hired us to do.
Please assign your own team to event operations and bring any needs beyond the agreed timing services to us before booking. Additional services depend on our availability and must be included in the agreed scope and price in advance.

Planning & registration assistance
Create Your Race PageThe published optional planning / RunSignup or Race Roster setup service is $500. It can cover agreed registration setup, email marketing, or planning assistance. It is not an automatic part of booking us as your timer; the scope, availability, and final price must be negotiated before you book our services.
If separately accepted, sponsorship assistance carries a 10% fee on sponsorship dollars we obtain. We do not routinely provide event planning or sponsorship services.
